When a Technology Lead Does Not Matter

Tim Oren and I worked at Apple at the same time. Now Tim is a VC somewhere on Sand Hill Rd. I found this blog posting interesting, particularly as VC's are scheduled to make an incredible number of investments in the next year. Where will they be sticking their money now that Social Software is a non-starter and Open Source is still on the critical path.
